Why is it good to integrate holistic alternative therapies in our daily lives?
We all know that a mental balance brings about a physical balance and extends to health!
Balance is the natural state of consciousness. "Healing" therefore means returning to that innate state of balance. The problems of daily life, as well as the pace of life especially in the big cities, increases stress and tension; resulting in a disruption of our mental balance- sometimes more, sometimes less. These states of mental imbalance also lead to a state of physical imbalance. This is where holistic-alternative therapies offer a solution. How? By finding the ones that give you pleasure and you can identify with. The cycle of therapies* is so large that there is something that expresses each and every one of us. A half hour to and hour daily is enough to offer to ourselves "mental therapy", as I usually refer to it.
If we integrate one of the holistic-alternative therapies accordingly in our daily lives it is almost certain that we will never need traditional medicine, i.e. get sick.
For many patients, holistic alternative therapies can supplement standard medicinal practices. This is why you may often hear them being referred to as complementary therapies, yielding major results and to everyone's surprise many times in a much shorter period of time period than expected.
