- Essential oil of mint (5 drops)
- Essential oil of bergamot (5 drops)
- Pure alcohol (1 teaspoon)
- Water (1/2 cup)
How to prepare it
In a half a glass of water dissolve 1 teaspoon of pure alcohol. After add 5 drops of essential oil of bergamot and mint. Stir very well until all the essential oils dissolve completely.
How to use it
